NETTLETON -   Dick Bryant Richardson, 96, went to meet his lord and savior Thursday, December 28, 2017, at Gilmore Memorial Regional Medical Center in Amory. He was born on April 18, 1921 in Lee County to Jim and Nellie Sullivan Richardson. He was a lifelong resident of Nettleton, an upholsterer, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and a member of Bigbee Baptist Church. Dick enjoyed gardening, working in his yard, going to gospel singings and revivals, and being with his family.
  Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Chapel of Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Nettleton with the Rev. Justin Haynes and the Rev. Chuck Moffett officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park in Verona.
  Survivors include his wife, Georgia Randolph Richardson of Amory; two daughters, Glenda Hendrix (Bobby) and Kathy Easter (Marvin), all of Nettleton; two sons, Douglas Bryant Richardson (Melissa) of Amory and Jacky Richardson (Judy) of Nettleton; 19 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren.
  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Myrtle Corinne Estes Richardson; his parents; one son, Larry Joe Richardson; one granddaughter, Jessica West; one sister, Annie Bell Hill; three brothers, Henry, Robert, & Finnie Richardson.
  Pallbearers will be Darren Hendrix, DeWayne Burroughs, Trent West, Allen Richardson, Joseph Richardson, Blake Richardson.
  Visitation will be Saturday from 11 a.m.  until time for services at the funeral home.
