ALBERT  REEDY

   ABERDEEN - Services for Albert Garfield  Reedy, 77, who died Saturday August 7, 2010 at his residence, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 9th, in the Tisdale-Lann Memorial Aberdeen Chapel with Rev. Robert Secrist officiating. Burial will be in Oddfellows Rest Cemetery.
  Mr. Reedy was born in Monroe County to Earnest Elmer and Wilmont Roberts Reedy. He was a lifelong resident of Aberdeen. He was a member of First Christian Church in Aberdeen, was a retired engineer for Kerr-McGee Chemical Corporation and was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy.  He loved to hunt and fish.
  He leaves a sister, Sara Frances Reedy Guerry and husband, Edward, of Artesia; a brother, Ernest Noel Reedy of New Albany, and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
  He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Wilda Nash Reedy.
  Pallbearers will be Larry Reedy, Dwain Lucas, Timmy Lucas, Ricky Lucas, Derek Lucas and Daniel Lucas.
  Visitation will be from 4:00 until 7:00 p. m., Sunday, August 5, 2010 at the funeral home.
  Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Tisdale Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen.
