WEST POINT - Madge Mae Janway O'Connor, 83, died Sunday, Dec. 3rd at her residence in West Point. She was born August 31, 1934 in Blackfork, Arkansas to Marion Bud Janway and Evelyn Bowen Janway. She grew up in West Texas (Loop, Texas) and married Kelly O'Connor in 1953 and lived in Ft. Worth, Texas, where she worked as a church secretary. She moved to West Point in 1989 and was a member of West Point Church of Christ.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 7th at West Point Church of Christ with Minister John Bauer officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Rest Cemetery.

She leaves her husband, Norman Kelly O'Connor of Aberdeen; a daughter, Karen Kay O'Connor of Aberdeen; a grandson, Steve Mark Luker of West Point; two sisters, Blanche Kopsky of Lytle, Texas and Kathy King (Dennis) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and multiple nieces, nephews and cousins throughout the country.  She was preceded in death by four brothers, Bill, Jack, Dan and Dickie Janway.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. until service time, Thursday, Dec. 7th at West Point Church of Christ.
