Caroline McCrory, 100, passed away on January 03, 2019, at her son’s residence in Nettleton. She was born on April 11, 1918, in Bouina, Wisconsin to Otto John Martin and Anna Louis Plueger Lettman. Caroline had lived most all of her life in Nettleton, was a retired seamstress, & a founding member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Tupelo. She enjoyed working in her garden, painting, & being with her family. Survivors include two daughters, Carol Ann Britt (Doyce) of Amory and Barbara Tartt of Nettleton; five sons, Robert McCrory of Tremont, Terry McCrory (Sherrel) and Rex McCrory (Glenda), all of Nettleton, Billy McCrory (Ann) of Wren, & Dennis McCrory (Nancy) of Aberdeen; 18 grandchildren; & a host of great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Alfred McCrory; her parents; one daughter, Nancy Kay McCrory; one granddaughter, Donna Benoit.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Tupelo with Pastor David MacKain officiating. Burial will be in Asbury Cemetery in Tremont. Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Nettleton will be in charge of the arrangements. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time for services at the church.
