So sorry to hear about my cousin, Alice Louise, we used to play together years ago. I loved the family, all of them, D.H. W.T .Gene. and  Alice Louise. The last time I visited with them was at the starkville funeral home.  Uncle David Keller was a sweet uncle, so was aunt Mattie Lou. Most of my family are also gone from us, but I am looking forward to seeing them again, and the circle will be unbroken.  God bless the survivers all over.

I want to correct my previous note to Alice's famly. My age being now 90, I do forget names at times.
In listing the family names of Alice Louise's family I mixed the girls names , listing one (Barbara Keller White) as the deceased. I and my family loved them as kids together. I include Barbara as sister and include her and family in my prayers.

To my caring cousin, Alice Keller Lusby and her loving family, She and the Keller family embraced my sister, Patsy, (a baby) as one of their own after we lost my father.  That love was always evident in Alice in everything she did, and I am eternally grateful.

To the family of Mrs. Alice, I am so sorry for the loss of this fine Christian woman, but very thankful that I got to know her in my youth at Southside Baptist. She and Mr. Cotton were a great example of what a Christian couple should look like. I loved them both, and we also shared a love of the Ole Miss Rebels! Sincerely, Michael Martin

David and Kathy, we were so sorry to hear of Mrs. Lusby's passing. I lost my mom a few months ago, so I know how heartbreaking this is. We will be praying for peace and comfort for you and your family. God Bless.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this loss. Alice was so special in so many ways, just as her husband, Cotton. Such memories of the past go through my mind. God be with you all.
