HAMILTON - Services for Ludie Mae Thompson Crump, 66, who died Monday, August 23 at Community Hospice in Verona, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 25 in the Tisdale-Lann Memorial Aberdeen chapel with Bro. Glen Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Evans Cemetery in Lamar County, Alabama.
  Mrs. Crump was born in Knoxville, Tennessee to James Basil and Connie Mae Enlow Thompson. She was a lifelong resident of Hamilton and a graduate of Hamilton School. She worked as an inspector in the furniture industry and was a member of Athens Baptist Church.
  She leaves her husband, Charles Wayne Crump of Hamilton; a daughter, Teresa Ann Houk and husband, Kenny, of Hamilton; a son, Bobby Wayne Crump and wife, Rebecca, of Hamilton; two grandchildren, Justin Ray Houk and Terri Ann Houk; two great grandchildren, Addyson Houk and Kaylin Bradley.
  She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Joyce Crump.
  Visitation will take place from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 24, at the funeral home.
