OKOLONA - Services for Teresa Ann Griggs Barnett, 51, who died Wednesday, August 25 at her residence, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 27 in the Tisdale-Lann Memorial Aberdeen Chapel with Bro. Larry Jeffries officiating. Burial will be in Boone Chapel Cemetery.
  Mrs. Barnett was born in Aberdeen to Larry James Griggs, Sr. and Cratis Holcomb Griggs. She had lived in Okolona for the past 33 years. She graduated from Aberdeen High School, worked in the furniture industry and was a member of Egypt Baptist Church.
  She leaves her husband, Johnny Barnett of Okolona; a son, John Barnett and wife, Toni, of Okolona; a brother, Larry James Griggs, Jr. of Hamilton; a grandchild, Kylie Barnett.  She was preceded in death by her parents.
  Visitation will take place from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, August 26, at the funeral home.
